My former role in media was to manage and host the television show, The Zach Moss Show, across six U.S. west coast channels and five online platforms while concurrently working as a consultant, all under the umbrella of Zach Moss Media. The aim of this dual approach to media was to influence policy by guiding policymakers and fostering public consensus for the policies they advocated. My objective is no longer to work in media to dedicate more time and energy to my full-time career.
Quick Facts
· The Zach Moss Show streams on Open Signal Television, Roku streaming services, and Rokfin with occasional appearances on YouTube, TikTok, and Substack.
· My show received 400,000 views per episode on television, 1.4 million monthly views on social media, and an additional 1.8 million total views on TikTok.
· The Zach Moss Show's subject emphasis was global news and politics presented in an informal, comedic, and entertaining manner to increase audience retention and engagement
· Media consultations were provided to support the following institutions and individuals: The University of Oregon, Bernie Sanders, Andrew Yang, Marianne Williamson, Oregon's Senator Ron Wyden, Congressional Candidate Doyle Canning, and the Justice Democrats to elect Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (AOC)
· My projects with the presidential candidates was in partnership with The Young Turks. My objective was to increase candidate exposure to Millennial and Generation Z audiences.
